  • Dear Guest, this is a form for booking Eka Hotel Nairobi with special negotiated rates for the CAS Accountability to Affected People. The rates are as follows: US$ 130 & US$ 150 for single and double occupancy respectively, inclusive of bed and breakfast valid from 11th to 16th June 2023. Lunch package is charged at US$ 28 per person. Airport transfer available at US$ 25 one way for up to two guests in one vehicle. Please use the rate code provided to you by UNIGE. Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event, 75% from for cancellations between 3 days and 13 days, 100% charge for no-show or cancellation within 48hrs to arrival. The room fee and late cancellation fee will be charged directly to the guests. The hotel will contact you to pay and guarantee your booking. For additional pre and post stay or any other requirements, please indicate on the special request section below.
