General Information Dear Guest, this is a form for booking Eka Hotel Nairobi with special negotiated rates for the IMNHC 2026. The rates are as follows: SUPERIOR ROOM: USD 165 single occupancy, inclusive of breakfast and transport to and from the Edge Convention Center, valid from 20th - 30th March 2026. Please use the rate code provided to you by the Event Organizer. Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to 6pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) will be subject to a one night charge and No-shows 100% charge for entire booked stay. The hotel will contact you to pay and guarantee your booking. For additional pre and post stay or any other requirements, please indicate on the special request section below.
